Creamy Horseradish Sauce

As I previously blogged, we made a rib roast for my dad's birthday. So, obviously you need horseradish sauce to make the meal complete. This makes enough for 6 people and you will probably still have leftovers.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup well-drained prepared horseradish

• 1/4 cup sour cream

• 4 cup mayonnaise

• 1 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

• 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

• Few drops Tabasco sauceClassic

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until needed.
